Full Body Home Workouts

                                 Home workout
in this tutorial we're going to be working out our full body. So, below are the list of exercise that provides
full body workouts and we'll be going through them
one after the other. And they include but not limited to:
1) Jumping Jacks
2) Incline push-ups
3) Decline Push-ups
4) Push-ups
5) Wide arm Push-ups
6) Cobra Stretch
7) Chest Stretch etc...

1) JUMPING JACKS:
This exercise provides a full body workout that works all
your large muscle group.
Start with your feet together and your arm by your side,
then jump up with your feet apart and your hands
overhead.
Return to that start position then do the next rep 20×



2) INCLINE PUSH-UPs:
    In this workout, start in the regular Push-up position but with your hands elevated on a chair or bench.
    Then push your body up and down using your arm strength. 15x
     Remember to keep your body straight.








3) DECLINE PUSH-UPS:
       Start on all fours with your knees under your butt and your hands under your shoulder.
       then elevate your feet on a chair or bench, and push your body up and down mainly using your arm strength. 10x
       Remember to keep your body straight.






4) PUSH-UPS:
      Lay prone on the ground with arm supporting your body.
      Keep your body straight while raising and lowering your body with your arms. 15x
      This exercise works the chest, shoulder, triceps, back and legs.
